All data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person is considered personal data. Your name, contact details, health data and similar information may be processed for service provision, communication, legal obligations and legitimate interests.
2. Processing Purposes
Your personal data may be processed for appointment and patient follow-up, diagnosis and treatment services, information, compliance with legislation and improving service quality.
3. Data Security
Your data is protected by technical and administrative measures; unauthorized access, loss or disclosure is prevented.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if so, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad, to request correction if incomplete or incorrect, to request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7, to request that these be notified to third parties, to object to a result arising from analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems, and to claim compensation for damage if you suffer harm due to processing in breach of the Law.
